Shipping policy

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the order is shipped within 10 business days following order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and does not give the Customer any right to claim compensation if it is not met.

Delivery time after shipment – EU countries: 1 to 5 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

Belgium, Netherlands: €5.90 / FREE from €70 purchase.
Luxembourg, Germany, France: €10.90 / FREE from €70 purchase.
Austria, Poland, Italy, Spain: €19.90.
Portugal: €24.90.

If the package does not reach you within these timeframes from the shipping date, please contact us at atelier@bemini.be. In case of your absence at delivery, your package will be left at the nearest collection point, where you can pick it up within 14 days at no additional cost. Packages refused or undeliverable due to repeated or prolonged absence will be returned to ID PLUS.

Any flat-rate shipping fees are indicated to the Buyer at order confirmation and on the order summary. For deliveries outside the European Union, please consider possible additional charges (taxes, import duties, or customs duties), which will be billed directly by the carrier.

BEMINI pays particular attention to packaging and protecting shipped items. Any complaints regarding the condition of delivered items or missing products must be reported to customer service within 14 business days of receipt, including your order number. Unless there is a valid reason, any claim submitted after 14 days following receipt of the products will not be accepted.
